Next, we will ask you to provide us with a final CAD design or sample and pay a deposit for the mold.
Once this is resolved, we will work to complete the DFM and send it to you so that you can review the design and make sure it can be produced to your specifications.
If the DFM is approved and no changes are made to the design, then the mold design is created. Once you have approved the mold design, the mold manufacturing begins and the production time depends on the specificity of your product.
Our R&D team will research, design, software, production (from PCB, handle to machine), directly control the lowest cost, to ensure that the last to you is the most affordable price.
Once built, the plant will take a trial mold work to make sure the mold is functioning properly.
If there are no problems, we will manufacture samples with the correct materials and molding process in order to send you parts and reports.
If no modifications are needed, the molds are ready to ship or you can choose to produce your product or part here.

Once you have approved the molds for production, we will prepare all raw materials and run production orders in advance. The specific processing time depends on the specificity of the mold.

Customers need to provide samples or drawings, or provide PCB boards or general requirements, and then we can design your product for you. Generally, preliminary drawings for most new products can be completed within a week.

After the drawing is confirmed, we will make a proof according to the drawing.

After the drawing design is completed, we will provide 2D and 3D drawings to the customer for confirmation, and if there are any problems, we will continue to revise.
